What Our Patients Are Saying

Patient Satisfaction is continually monitored at HealthWorks. Upon completion of their program, each patient of HealthWorks is asked to rate their experience and “grade us” on 15 Quality Care Indicators, using a scale similar to what we all remember from school…. A to F.

The results of these surveys show that the overwhelming majority of our patients are very satisfied with the care they received and the progress that they made (graded us an “A”). In fact, since opening our doors in 1992, 100% of patients that completed their programs stated they would recommend HealthWorks to their friends and family.

I am continuing to do the exercises you taught me every single day and I am walking better and have only had a few attacks of sciatic pain which were brief. As a retired physical therapist myself I have had the opportunity to work in and observe many facilities. I was very pleased to see such a well run, efficient, friendly and concerned staff.
